They bet very hard and risky by offering meat in an area near the sea, with a strong vocation to the fish cuisine. Twenty years later we can say that they definitely won their bet.
The kitchen offers a very large selection of Italian and international high quality meat such as: Argentinian Angus, Scottish, Chianina, Romagnola, New Zealand, Australian, wild boar, ostrich, kangaroo, reindeer, antelope, buffalo.
Ten years later, in 2005, the restaurant has been fully restored, the kitchen has been located at guest sight and a new grocery area was created.
The restaurant has got 3 lounges, a demi-privé and a lovely garden.
Main lounge named "Camino" overlooking the kitchen, takes its name from the burning fireplace in winter, to warm up the atmpsphere. Meanwhile you have lunch or dinner you can enjoy the view of the chefs at work in the kitchen, and discover their delicious secrets of professional cooking.
Cheese & salami lovers will have a well-stocked "mouth watering" gorcery corner at their disposal.
The "Veranda" is overlooking the garden and it characterized by wood walls and wood floor. This lounge is really typical thanks to the finest relics coming from international antiques markets, and it has a wood fired stove.
The "Gazebo" is looking like a penthouse and reminds an Alpine nut, all wood made. It has a wood fired stove too, and in winter is reserved for smokers.
The "Demi-privè" is a small lounge located between "Camino" and "Veranda", and it is equipped with 8 tables for 2, for a private and intimate suppers.
The perfect place for dining outside in summer is the Garden, always surrounded by trees and flowers all the year.
Air conditioning is available in all the rooms.
