Villa Poesia is a wonderful luxury property located right in the centre of Positano, at a short distance from Positano main internal road and Fornillo beach. The villa is a typical Mediterranean building, decorated in an original "Positanese" style, with great vaults, white washed walls, precious terracotta and ceramic tiles floors and antique furniture.
From the main road through a panoramic path there is the main gate. Descending 30 steps you reach a big gorgeous garden, equipped with tables, chairs and sun beds.

The main access to the indoor space is through a big arched French door: the first room is the entrance hall/studio where is a sofa and a desk located just in front a big window offering fantastic view: here you will find internet access by cable, beneath wifi connection is available trough all the villa. From the entrance room there is access to the salon: high ceilings, columns, precious floors, antiques furniture give a great charm to the place. The salon is composed by different areas: the lounge, with big white sofas, sat lcd tv, stereo and an antique juke box with cd player, the dining area with expanding table, and a second lounge area with round stone sofa and fireplace.
From the living room there is access both to the kitchen and a second lounge. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped. It is decorated in country style with high sealing and wooden beams. The built-in-kitchen is very spacious and takes two walls of the room. There is everything you may need to cook: 6 gas rings stove top, fry-top, traditional oven, microwave oven, toaster, lemon squeezer, cattle, electric oven for pizza, kneader, fridge, dish-washing machine. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room complete with washing machine and iron.
Both the kitchen and the main lounge open through French doors into a wonderful and spacious terrace with sea view, equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas where is a wood oven for pizza and a large barbeque too.
From the main hall there is access to a second small living room decorated with antique instruments, where is a double sofa bed. This lounge leads to a small corridor, which is connected to the kitchen too, where is a small bathroom (sink and wc only) and a double bedroom with garden view and en suite bathroom with shower.
From the main lounge a large marble staircase takes to the upper floor: the landing area is a gym, complete with all gym equipments, and a guard robe. From this room there is access to three bedrooms: the master bedroom, a large, spacious room decorated with antiques has a high vault ceiling and en suite bathroom decorated with pink marbles, complete with shower area and bath with sea view; a second bedroom decorated in bounty style with en suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with single sofa bed + pullout bed with en suite bathroom. Both the gym, the master bedroom and the bounty style bedroom open through French doors into a large sea view terrace equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs

Villa Poesia Annexe

Villa Poesia has a delicious studio too, completely independent from the villa. From the main road through a panoramic path there is the main gate. Descending 50 steps approx you reach the private garden of the annexe, equipped with tables and chairs.
From the garden a French door opens into a spacious studio decorated in Mediterranean style, with high vault ceilings and precious terracotta and ceramic floors. The studio is divided by a divider: in a side there is the built-in-kitchen equipped with four rings stove top, traditional oven, fridge. On the other side there is a double bedroom, sat tv, and a nice living/dining area with a white sofa places just opposite a window with a beautiful sea view. Next to the kitchen there is access to the bathroom with shower. There is a shower in the garden too.
